Returns and Refund Policy


  • Once payment clears, please allow 0-3 days handling.

  • All items will be shipped via

    • USPS First Class Package (for packages up to 13oz in weight) ($4.00 to $7.75, 3 to 7 business days) OR

    • USPS Priority Mail (for packages above 13oz in weight) ($7.75 to $12.85, 2 to 5 business days)

  • You will receive an invoice email when your purchase goes through​

  • You will receive an email with shipping and tracking info when the package has been picked up and scanned by USPS


Returns are accepted within 15 days of item arrival.

  • The day the item arrives, according to the USPS tracking, is day one of fifteen. You have 15 calendar days, including the arrival day, to return the item.

  • The Seller, Amour Des Vetements, is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Items must be returned in new & unused condition for an acceptable refund. If the item is damaged or altered in any way, a refund will be denied.


Sale Items can be returned for store credit, if the item returned in the same condition that it was sent. 

"Clearance Items" and "From the Closet" Items cannot be returned. 

Easy Way To Ensure Things Go As Smoothly As Possible & Beat The Worst Side of Luck:

  1. Try on the new garment where you wont be disturbed

  2. Check yourself out in the mirror

  3. Maybe try on a couple of different outfit options 

  4. If It Doesn't Work--Put It Back Immediately Into The Shipping Package That It Came In

  5. Place The Bag Somewhere Safe until you're ready to ship it

Buyers are responsible for return shipping & shipping charges. As of right now, I am hoping that pre-printed return shipping slips will be included in the package, but I am not a big enough operation for these kinds of conveniences. I am still looking into ways to email the buyer a prepaid shipping slip.

  • Until then, the buyer should send the item the traditional way; using whichever major shipping company is most comfortable (USPS, UPS, FedEx. i prefer USPS)

  • I don't even want to charge shipping or return shipping (its such a bummer). sorry gang. if this boutique gets off the ground; no more shipping fees, yaaaay! 

Replacements may not be available; therefore a monetary refund will be the default exchange. 
You will be refunded the full amount within 3 business days after the item has arrived back to us and is deemed eligible for a full refund based on its condition. We can/will always stay in touch during this time.
